• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Relax Live Stream has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

6. Safe Harbor Compliance

We comply with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA. We do not monitor user-generated content for copyright infringement, but we respond promptly to valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content when properly notified.

7. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.

8. Processing Time

We typically process DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your notice, and another notification when action has been taken.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before filing a DMCA notice, we encourage copyright owners to contact the user directly to resolve the matter. Many disputes can be resolved through direct communication without formal legal proceedings.
